I've spent years helping adults and teens resolve difficult problems, feel better about themselves, move on with their lives. I bring a warm, understanding counseling style - to make it easier to discover what's holding you back from the happiness you want and deserve and move you toward the life you want.

My specialties include working with grief, trauma and abuse. If you can't relate to those issues, I’d still like to talk with you. I help people with other problems as well. And I know many other local therapists if I'm not the right one for you.
